2009-10 Homeschool Picture Make-Up Day

If you missed Homeschool Picture Day in September, you have another opportunity to have school pictures made for your children.

Thursday, October 29th
9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.

~~ Nebraska School Photography provides proofs of all students photographed to the Legacy homeschool yearbook for inclusion in the class sections of the 2010 yearbook. (Inclusion in the yearbook is optional.)

Once again this year, in an effort to streamline the Picture Day paperwork, we are offering the opportunity for parents to receive the blue student identification forms in advance.

These short identification forms are required for each student being photographed so that the photographer can correctly identify those pictured.  

If you would like to receive these forms in advance, please send an email, complete with your name and mailing address, along with the number of cards requested, to: yearbook@omahaHEN.org by Sunday, October 25th .
