^{Once again this year, in an effort to streamline the Picture Day paperwork, we are offering the opportunity}

^{for parents to receive the blue student identification forms in advance.  These short identification forms are}

^{required for each student being photographed so that the photographer can correctly identify those pictured.}

^{If you would like to receive these forms in advance, please send an email, complete with your name and}

^{mailing address, along with the number of cards requested, to: yearbook@omahaHEN.org by Tuesday, September 7th.}
