he should go, and when he
is old he will not turn from it.

For the last three years I have had the wonderful opportunity to compete in a national speech and debate organization called the NCFCA. Here in Omaha we have a club called the Omaha Knights Speech & Debate Club, and there are other NCFCA teams in cities nearby.

The Lincoln team this year is hosting their annual Spring Classic Speech and Debate Tournament March 23-25 at First Evangelical Free Church. We are very grateful for this opportunity, but we can’t compete without judges. We try to have a good variety of judges, balancing many debate parents with judges from the community at large. For a tournament of this size, we need almost 300 judging slots to be filled by community judges. It would be a great blessing to all of us if you could help judge a round of speech or debate – or both if you prefer!

The Lincoln Spring Classic will be from March 23-25 and it will be held at First Evangelical Free Church, 3300 S 84th Street, Lincoln, NE. If you are available to judge, it is very simple to register using this link: https://2010lincolnsq.homeschooldebate.net/judges. We take good care of our judges and feed them well , and we hope to make your experience with us memorable and enjoyable. The only qualification you need for judging is that you have already graduated from high school, and can see and hear well enough to judge a communication exercise. No previous experience in speech or debate is necessary, neither is it necessary to have expertise in our topics for this year. Please feel free to circulate this among your church or professional contacts as well.

Again, thank you for your time, we appreciate your consideration. The Lord bless you,

Anna Seipel
