~~ Nebraska School Photography provides proofs of all students photographed to the Legacy homeschool yearbook for inclusion in the class sections of the 2009 yearbook. (Inclusion in the yearbook is optional.)

Once again this year, in an effort to streamline the Picture Day paperwork, we are offering the opportunity for parents to receive the blue student identification forms in advance. These short identification forms are required for each student being photographed so that the photographer can correctly identify those pictured.

If you would like to receive these forms in advance, please send an email, complete with your name and mailing address, along with the number of cards requested, to: yearbook@omahaHEN.org by Monday, September 8th.

Those who wish to order photo packages of their children must make those selections and pay for them in advance at the time photographs are taken on Homeschool Picture Day.
