SITE OF THE FESTIVAL
The Spring Festival will be held at Trinity Christian School, 156th and Dodge, Omaha, Nebraska

FEES FOR THE FESTIVAL
Entry Fees: Fees and entry forms for each event should be sent to Debbie Nordstrom by March 11. See specific information for each event.

ELIGIBILITY
a. Students enrolled in Christian school or who register through a Homeschool Organization may participate in the Festival.

LIMIT OF EVENTS PER STUDENT
a. A student may enter no more than four (4) Performance events. (Music and Speech)

OPTIONAL ATTENDANCE EVENTS
a. Students may enter the Art division without attending the Festival.

SUPERVISION
a. At least one adult sponsor must accompany every ten or less students.
b. Sponsors must supervise the students from their schools at all times during the Festival
c. Students are expected to submit themselves to the authority of the sponsors and Festival officials.

PERSONAL APPEARANCE
a. Students and sponsors are expected to demonstrate Christian standards in appearance, activities and conduct.
b. Students should dress for a public performance. Neat and modest is the standard.

RATINGS
Entries will be awarded according to quality and not in competition with other entries. Each entry will receive a ribbon. Adjudicators shall use the following point value for rating the exhibits:

Superior -- Blue Ribbon
Excellent -- Red Ribbon
Good -- White Ribbon
Honorable Mention -- Green Ribbon

INSURANCE
All schools participating in an event with the TCS Festival are required to have adequate insurance coverage for students, sponsors and teachers. TCS does not assume responsibility for any loss or damage to any art projects while being judged, displayed or picked up.
