Home School Enrichment Magazine

A Reader’s Review
By Kelly Benedict

This month I’ve decided to step out of the ordinary and review a magazine versus a book. Now days, there are a myriad of magazines out there that deal solely with homeschooling. One of my personal favorites is the Home School Enrichment Magazine. A portion of their mission statement reads, “The purpose of Home School Enrichment, Inc., is to provide encouragement and information through the Christian Homeschool community through our magazine, website, and other products and services.”

This magazine averages 46 pages and is a bimonthly publication, costing only $18.00 for a year’s subscription. It is filled with Feature articles, Craft projects, a section titled “What’s Cookin’? Family Matters, Profiles in Christianity & Science, The Junior Correspondent, Advertising, and much, much more. This is one magazine that I look forward to reading from cover to cover when it arrives. It offers me an enjoyable time to just sit somewhere quiet, grab a cup of tea, and enjoy each and every page. It is their hope that through their efforts, homeschoolers everywhere will be inspired, uplifted, and encouraged to continue in their efforts to teach their children at home.

If interested, you may call them at: 1-800-558-9523, or email them at: info@HomeSchoolEnrichment.com.
